Medical Plans-Watson Electrical offers two health plans that are designed to meet your individual needs. Through this site you can also locate a hospital or physician close to where you live. Medical Core Plan -You choose your own primary care physician and any specialty physicians from the approved list of network providers. There is a $35.00 co-pay for primary care office visits and $50.00 co-pay for specialist office visits. Out-of-network cost are 70% after deductible. Medical HRA Plan
You choose your own primary care physician and any specialty physicians from the approved list of network providers. There is a $2,000 deductible for employee in-network for primary care office visits and $4,000 deductible for family coverage in-network. Primary care office vists are 80% after deductible.
Watson offers you and your eligible dependents a dental program that gives you the option to receive care from any provider you choose or a program that requires that you use their dentist.
