Starting his career as a Watson Electrical Apprentice nearly five decades ago, Craig has worked his way up through the ranks. He has been involved in every aspect of electrical construction, giving him a deep understanding of the industry and making him a strong and respected leader. He is a strong advocate for his employees, partners, and clients. He is committed to the success of Watson Electrical and is always looking for new ways to improve the company.

Rick has been with the company for 20 years, and during that time, he has proven himself to be a strong leader, communicator, and team player. He has held various positions, including Division Manager, Regional Vice President, and most recently, Vice President of Preconstruction for the Commercial Construction division. These experiences have given him a well-rounded understanding of the company and its operations and prepared him well for his current role as COO.
