Sanctuary Chapel – Kiawah Island, SC
Awarded by Choate Construction. The Sanctuary Chapel is a two story, 5,500 SF building. We will be installing temporary power, decorative light fixtures, fire alarm, new service, typical power devices, fire alarm and low voltage raceways.
Rolesville Turnaround – Rolesville, NC
Awarded by Fred Smith Company. We will be installing traffic signals at eight intersections along US 401.
Twin Lakes New Signal – Cary, NC
Awarded by Chesapeake Contracting. This will be a new signal installed at Davis Drive at Airport Blvd and Davis Drive at Holly Creek.
RCC Allied Health Center – Asheboro, NC
Awarded by Clancy & Theys Construction Company.The RCC project is a new 44,198 square foot two story educational health center with classrooms and office space. The work consists of new electrical service, electrical panel rooms on both floors, light fixtures, power outlets, data, fire alarm system, site lighting and AV raceways for the new educational health center.
Tarboro Multi-specialty Clinic – Tarboro, NC
Awarded by C.A, Lewis, Inc. This job is a gear swap out of an existing one-story multispecialty clinic. We will be providing a new 2000A main distribution panel and connecting existing panel branch circuitry to new panel locations. We will be rerouting existing infrastructure to new locations and installing new panels to feed existing areas. We will be providing new raceways and feeders to numerous panels that are changing locations.
Ricks Road Upgrade – Selma, NC
Awarded by Fred Smith Company. This project is in conjunction with the widening of Ricks Road. Our work consists of upgrading two wood pole intersections, one to a mast arm metal pole and the other to a metal strain pole intersection.
Overture Greenville – Greenville, NC
Awarded by Greystar Development and Construction, L.P. The project consists of one large manor style building with a total of 189 units and 2 standalone garages totaling 235,000 square feet. The building includes inside it the amenity clubhouse which has a fitness/yoga room, residents kitchen, dining, game/media room and a salon. The project also has an exterior courtyard which includes a pool, outside grill area, and pavilion dining area. Our scope of work includes a complete underground installation and install of Duke Energy equipment pads. We will be installing the complete electrical wiring for the units and building, and the low voltage wiring for the units and amenity area. We are also under contract for the fire alarm and the area of rescue which will be performed by our subcontractor.
Granite Pointe Apartments – Charlotte, NC
Awarded by Pedcor Construction Management, LLC. This 253,093 square foot project has 11 garden style walk ups, 3 level buildings with a total of 198 units. There are 7 – 4 car garages and a clubhouse/leasing building. We will install the complete electrical using romex wire and Cat5e for all of the low voltage.
