Watson University provides many leadership development classes to strengthen our effort for continuous improvement. We have trained over 250 Watson employees in our foundational course, Situational Leadership II. This course lays the groundwork to becoming a competent and communicative Supervisor at Watson. We also offer many classes geared towards effective communications: Trust Training, Respect in the Workplace, and Conflict Resolution. We sprinkle this with technical training twice a year for our Supervisors and Project Managers. Continuous Development is at the heart of Watson University.
