Watson University

Watson University provides many leadership development classes to strengthen our effort for continuous improvement. We have trained over 250 Watson employees in our foundational course, Situational Leadership II.  This course lays the groundwork to becoming a competent and communicative Supervisor at Watson. We also offer many classes geared towards effective communications: Trust Training, Respect in the Workplace, and Conflict Resolution. We sprinkle this with technical training twice a year for our Supervisors and Project Managers. Continuous Development is at the heart of Watson University.

Apprenticeship Program

Fully in-house program requiring 8,000 on-the-job training hours and 642.5 hours of related classroom/online instruction. We are Accredited Training Sponsor in partnership with NCCER and our instructors are Certified Craft Instructors.

Construction Management Training

Our construction management training aims to provide individuals with the skills and knowledge required to manage construction projects successfully. We accomplish this by equipping individuals with the tools and techniques to succeed.
