The first is a two-story building with assisted living, memory care, and amenity spaces, and interior parking. The second building section is a seven-story building with independent living and amenity spaces. Scope of work consists of power distribution, emergency generator, lighting, fire alarm system, lightning protection, emergency responder antennae distribution, and raceways for low voltage systems.
