Philo Hill Magnet Academy Addition & Reno – Winston Salem, NC

Watson Electrical Construction Co. LLC – Commercial Construction is partnered with Edifice LLC.

The Philip Hill Magnet Academy project is a 110,858 SF remodel of the existing school and a new 3-story addition with a kitchen, cafeteria, library, mechanical room, UPS, classrooms, and elevator. Our scope of work includes a new service with a natural gas generator, fire alarm system, security, and data.
