Project is a 379,385 SF, 7-story building, 278 residential apartment units on five levels, including small amenity areas on levels 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7, with two levels of parking. Our scope of work includes general wiring, and electrical distribution, fire alarm, and area of rescue system. This is a joint venture project with Raleigh’s ECS team. They will be responsible for the parking levels including complete installation of distribution system and associated infrastructure.
Calyx Assisted Living Center – Raleigh, NC

Project is a 52,143 SF, 40 assisted living units and 21 Alzheimer’s units. Our scope of work includes general wiring of all units, common areas, and amenity spaces, a full distribution system, complete fire alarm and memory care door lock system.
UNCW Cadaver Lab – Wilmington, NC
Watson Electrical Construction Co. LLC partnered with Masonboro Construction and Development Inc.
Project is a 2,700 SF upfit on the third floor of Veterans Hall at UNC Wilmington, Watson did the electrical work in the original building, and we are happy to be back. Our scope of work includes a fire alarm system, lighting, general power, cold storage, and a turnkey communications/security system.
Charlotte Exchange – Charlotte, NC

Project is a 296,000 SF, includes five 4-story apartment buildings, three townhome buildings, clubhouse, amenity areas, and a pool pavilion. Scope of work will be general wiring of 252 units, associated common areas, amenity spaces, full distribution systems, fire alarm and area of rescue system.
