OUR PROGRAM

Our 4-year Construction Management Training Program is a Master Craftsman Apprenticeship program registered with the North Carolina Department of Labor — designed to develop future leaders in electrical construction. Participants gain hands-on experience across key areas like Prefab, field operations, estimating, supervision, and project management. This well-rounded training builds the skills and insight needed to successfully manage projects and explore long-term career opportunities at Watson.
