Here’s how it works: For every new hire you refer to us for key positions (up to 4 referrals), you’ll earn an extra $1 per hour (field employees) or $40 per week (salaried employees). About Our Program
  • We’re seeking experienced employees in the following positions: Foreman, Superintendent, and Service Technician. If you know someone who would be a good fit for any of these positions, get started by filling out this form!
  • All current Watson employees are eligible to participate in the Employee Referral Program with exception of Senior Leadership (CEO, Division Managers, etc.), Recruiters, or those hiring a direct report.
  • The referral bonus payment begins on the date the referred employee begins work. Please note: the referral bonus may be subject to taxation. Please contact our Accounting Department for more information on taxability.
  • Each employee can submit up to 4 referrals for bonus eligibility.
Structure for Field Referring Employees
  • $1 per hour bonus will be paid to the referring employee for every hour worked for up to two years, once referral begins work. 
Structure for Field Salaried Employees
  • $40 per week bonus will be paid to the referring employee for up to two years, once referral begins work.

Details & Restrictions
  • The referring employee must complete the Employee Referral Form (information for both referral and current employee must be included). Only referrals submitted via the form will be accepted.
  • Referred employees must be hired as full-time employees (not part-time, temporary employees, or contractors), and must not have applied to Watson in the last year (from effective date of policy).
  • Any bonus payment is contingent upon the new employee completing the new hire process and beginning work.
  • Bonus payments continue for 2 years, contingent upon the new employee remaining employed. If the referred employee leaves the company (for any reason) before the 2-year bonus period, the payout ends on the termination date of the referred employee.
  • If two or more employees refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive their referral rewards.
  • If referral is hired at a later date or for another position, referring employee will still be eligible for bonus.
  • If the Employee Referral Program is cancelled at any point, employees receiving bonus prior to cancellation will still receive the appropriate reward.
