Atando is a new multi-family community in Charlotte, NC featuring six 4-story manor-style buildings with a total of 316 residential units. Watson’s scope of work includes electrical distribution, site lighting, interior light fixtures, lighting controls, fire stopping, and electric vehicle charging (EVC) stations. The project is being delivered in partnership with RangeWater Construction and will support the development’s modern infrastructure needs across the community.
