New Multi-Family Project in Charlotte, NC
We’re excited to announce that Watson’s Multi-Family Division has been awarded the Atando project in Charlotte, NC, in partnership with RangeWater Construction. This vibrant new community will feature six 4-story manor-style buildings, totaling 316 residential units, designed to provide modern, comfortable living for its future residents.
Our team will be responsible for key electrical infrastructure across the development, including electrical distribution, site lighting, interior light fixtures, lighting controls, fire stopping, and electric vehicle charging (EVC) stations. By integrating these systems, we’ll ensure that Atando is equipped with reliable, efficient, and future-ready energy solutions.
The project represents another exciting opportunity for Watson to demonstrate our expertise in multi-family construction and our commitment to supporting communities with high-quality, dependable electrical work.
