2025 marked a major milestone for Watson — our 90th Anniversary. Nearly a century of innovation, expertise, and dedication has built the foundation we stand on today. This milestone is a testament to our long-standing commitment to quality, safety, and integrity — plus a celebration of the partnerships and relationships that have grown alongside us over the decades.

EMPOWERING APPRENTICES TO EXCEL
Watson’s commitment to developing the next generation of skilled professionals was on full display in 2025. Our Apprentices achieved remarkable accomplishments, including three top-10 placements in the NC Apprentice Competition. Across the board, our Apprenticeship Program has continued to equip Apprentices with the skills, confidence, and leadership opportunities to succeed and shape the future of the industry. NEW PROJECTS AND PARTNERSHIPS
2025 brought exciting new projects and strategic partnerships for Watson. From new commercial projects across all of our divisions, and exciting new Multi-Family developments throughout the Southeast — to key collaborations with general contractors, our portfolio expanded in meaningful ways. These partnerships not only highlight Watson’s reputation as a trusted industry leader but also open doors for innovation, growth, and future opportunities across our divisions. GIVING BACK TO OUR COMMUNITIES
Watson continued to invest in the communities we serve. Our team participated in initiatives like the TA Loving Toy Drive, benefitting children at Maynard Children’s Hospital, hosted ice cream socials for local teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week, sponsored community events, and supported local schools through programs that empower students. By giving time, resources, and expertise, we’re proud to make a tangible difference where it matters most.
