Recognizing Excellence in Apprenticeship
What an electrifying performance! This year, our Watson team proudly competed in the 40th Annual NC State Fair Electrical Apprenticeship Contest — hosted by ApprenticeshipNC — showcasing the skill, dedication, and determination that define our apprenticeship program.
Each of our five participants put in countless hours of preparation leading up to the competition — demonstrating their commitment not just to the trade, but to their continued growth as electrical professionals. Their performance reflects the high standards of craftsmanship and learning that our apprenticeship program is built upon.
We’re especially proud to recognize Cedrick Spruill and Issachar De La Cruz for their strong showing in the competition. Additionally, we’d like to congratulate those who placed:
