This 75,000-square-foot warehouse features eight 5,000-square-foot tenant spaces, with additional unfinished space for seven more tenants, offering flexible solutions for a variety of business needs.
Our team’s scope of work includes electrical distribution and lighting, ensuring the facility is efficiently powered and ready to support the operations of its future tenants. From strategic placement of lighting to reliable electrical infrastructure, every detail is designed to maximize functionality and operational efficiency.
