New Commercial Construction Project in Fort Bragg, NC
Watson has been awarded the Hammond Hills electrical infrastructure upgrade at Fort Bragg, NC, in partnership with Corvias Construction Partners. This project focuses on modernizing utility service across the Hammond Hills subdivision, which includes 57 individual residential properties located on base.
The scope of work involves reconfiguring electrical services at each property to support individual metering. Crews will install new meter bases and redirect service feeders for every unit, transitioning the subdivision from a shared electrical service model to one that allows each residence to be serviced independently. This approach enhances system efficiency while providing improved accuracy and flexibility for utility management.
By upgrading the electrical infrastructure at Hammond Hills, the project supports long-term reliability and aligns with evolving standards for residential service on military installations. Work will be completed with careful coordination to minimize disruption while ensuring each property is prepared for future operational needs.
