New Commercial Construction Project in Sunset Beach, NC
Watson has been awarded the electrical scope for a new Hampton Inn & Suites project in Sunset Beach, North Carolina. This 63,844-square-foot, four-story hotel will bring expanded accommodations to a growing coastal community, and we’re looking forward to contributing to its successful delivery in partnership with Speedwell Construction.
Our team’s scope of work includes temporary power and lighting to support early-phase construction, as well as full branch wiring, power distribution systems, lighting fixtures and controls, and installation of power devices throughout the facility. From start to finish, our focus will be on delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality electrical systems that support both the construction process and the long-term performance of the building.
Projects like this highlight the importance of coordination, planning, and execution across all phases of construction. As work gets underway, our team is ready to bring the experience, craftsmanship, and attention to detail required to keep the project moving forward and on schedule.
