New Commercial Construction Project in High Point, NC
Watson has been awarded work on the Phoenix Academy project through Blum Construction, marking an important expansion of the school’s existing campus. The project includes a 19,192-square-foot, single-story addition designed to enhance both instructional and shared spaces, supporting the school’s continued growth and day-to-day operations.
The addition will incorporate updates to several key areas of the campus, including food service facilities, front offices, classrooms, common areas, and the gym. These improvements are intended to create more functional, efficient, and welcoming spaces for students, faculty, and staff while maintaining continuity with the existing structure.
