New Multi-Family and Commercial Construction Project in Durham, NC
Watson Electrical is excited to announce that both our Multi-Family and Triad Commercial Construction teams have been awarded work on The George — a new condominium development in Durham — in partnership with LeChase Construction.
As part of the project, our Multi-Family team will complete the electrical installation for all 34 condo units, helping bring reliable, high-quality electrical systems to the future residential spaces. In addition, our Triad Commercial team will complete the basic electrical systems and controls for the project’s two-level podium park deck.
We’re proud to continue our partnership with LeChase Construction and grateful for the opportunity to collaborate on another exciting project. We look forward to seeing The George come to life and contributing to the continued growth happening in Durham.
