Watson Awarded: Veridea Multi-Family

New Multi-Family Project in Apex, NC

Watson Electrical is thrilled to announce that we’ve been awarded work on RXR’s Veridea multi-family project through our partner Samet Corporation. This exciting development features two four-story manor-style residential buildings, totaling 291 apartment units, and is part of the vibrant, master-planned Veridea community in Apex, North Carolina.

As part of this project, Watson’s scope of work includes electrical distribution, site lighting, light fixtures, lighting controls, and fire stopping. Our team will be instrumental in powering the community’s infrastructure while ensuring safety, efficiency, and modern design standards throughout the buildings.

The Veridea community itself is an innovative mixed-use development spanning over 1,100 acres, planned to include residential, retail, educational, healthcare, and commercial spaces. With its thoughtfully designed streetscapes, community amenities, and focus on sustainability, Veridea is quickly becoming one of the most dynamic areas in Apex. Our work on this multi-family phase helps lay the foundation for this thriving, walkable community.

We’re proud to partner with Samet Corporation and RXR on this project and look forward to contributing to a development that will positively impact residents and the surrounding community for years to come.
