Canvasback Building 1, developed with Vardaman Construction, is a 75,000-square-foot warehouse featuring eight 5,000-square-foot tenant spaces and additional unfinished space for seven more tenants. Our scope includes electrical distribution and lighting, supporting the functionality and efficiency of the facility. The project also includes preliminary plans for future expansion with a second warehouse.
