Since joining the company three years ago, Tommy has made a significant impact across multiple areas of our organization — most recently serving as Vice President of Business Development. As COO, Tommy will lead the company’s operational strategy and execution, working closely with our leadership teams to align performance, efficiency, and innovation across all divisions.
